This has got to be the BIGGEST {actual} postcard I’ve recieved so far. The in fo on the back is all in Russian, but I’ll trust that this is the fish’s zoological name: Chaetodon auriga.

The Edersee is a large reservoir created by the construction, from 1908 to 1914, of a rock and concrete dam across the Eder river, near the small town of Waldeck in northern Hesse, Germany, to generate hydropower and regulate water levels for shipping on the Weser river. It lies at the northern edge of the Kellerwald.
George Washington Carver
George Washington Carver was an American scientist, botanist, educator, and inventor.Much of Carver’s fame is based on his research into and promotion of alternative crops to cotton, such as peanuts and sweet potatoes. He wanted poor farmers to grow alternative crops both as a source of their own food and as a source of other products to improve their quality of life.
